VISIT FROM THE PREFECT OF THE PYRENEES-ATLANTIQUES
The Prefect of the Pyrénées Atlantiques, Eric Spitz, accompanied by the President of the Communauté de communes des Luys en Béarn, Bernard Peyroulet, and their teams, visited the premises of our company based in Serres-Castet (64).
On this occasion, we were able to show them the solution for producing medical oxygen on site. We made them aware of the undeniable advantages of this method of oxygen supply for hospitals compared to traditional deliveries of liquid oxygen by tanker.
We also emphasised the importance of the ongoing work on the 98% Oxygen monograph. Indeed, this new monograph could allow a democratisation in France of this mode of oxygen production on site and could allow public hospitals to make substantial savings in a context of budgetary rigour.
